SHIPPING POLICY: 

Items are shipped UPS whenever possible.  Orders exceeding UPS size and/or weight limits will ship "Common Carrier" to consolidate and expedite your shipment.  We will advise you of the best rates via common carrier, before shipping your order. 

Local deliveries are those within 25 miles of Detroit for $200.00 minimum order for free delivery.  Those within 35 miles of Detroit have a $300.00 minimum order for free delivery.  Those within 45 miles of Detroit have a $400.00 minimum order for free delivery.

Freight Charges for all shipments are prepaid by us, and  these freight charges are then,

  invoiced to you.

A Handling Fee of $2.00 will be added to shipping charges.

RUSH SHIPMENTS:  Please request UPS  - Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air, or FEDEX.  Shipments can also be made Freight Collect by a carrier of your choice.  Just choose the option "CALL US" on the shipment menu, and we will call you for your special shipment requirements.

RETURNS:

All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment date.  Call 1-586-469-9975 to receive an authorization number.  NOTE:  Customers will be responsible for freight charges on returned items, as well as cancelled orders.

INSIDE DELIVERY:

Please specify if you require inside delivery of your order.  If the order is shipped "Common Carrier" there is often a charge for inside delivery.  If the order is shipped UPS, there is no additional charge for inside delivery. 

PRICES:

Packaging Express works dilligently to maintain the lowest prices, without sacrificing quality.  Occasionally, manufacturers change their prices without notice, and these circumstances are beyond our control.
